Sarah is a visionary impact entrepreneur and creative strategist using business to drive meaningful solutions. She has served for years as an Entrepreneur in Residence and Executive Fellow at Harvard Business School and the Harvard Innovation Lab, mentoring hundreds of purpose-driven founders.
Today she leads DearSarah, a Benefit Corporation pioneering AI for social good and purpose-driven media aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
Previously, Sarah founded sweetriot — a Certified B Corp and Inc. 500/5000 company partnered with Whole Foods, and covered by the Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Forbes, and Fortune. Earlier in her career she built products at Yahoo! and Microsoft's msn.com.
She co-hosts Women Funding the World and mentors through Techstars Paris, Start2 SF, and Zu by Cirque du Soleil in Montreal. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BBA from the University of Michigan, and has worked and traveled in more than 100 countries — with small-town Midwestern roots that keep her grounded.
